How the work moves

A conversation should never become a loose end.

01

Prepare the shared view

The shared inbox is a roadmap module designed to bring WhatsApp conversations into one team operating view.

02

Keep the customer context

The contact rollout is designed to keep customer identity, ownership, tags, and organization context together.

03

Shape the opportunity flow

Planned sales pipelines will turn follow-up into visible stages, ownership, and auditable outcomes.

02

One operating layer

Built around the customer, not the channel.

A

Shared inbox

A roadmap workspace for incoming conversations, assignments, and follow-up without losing the thread.

B

Contact memory

The controlled beta is rolling out customer identity, notes, tags, and history inside each organization.

Rolling out · contacts · history
C

Sales pipelines

A roadmap module for configurable stages, deal ownership, and auditable sales outcomes.

Roadmap · stages · outcomes
D

Company boundaries

Operate across teams and companies while keeping membership and customer data inside the active organization.

Connection roadmap

Two connection models, rolling out in controlled stages.

PEVENDE is designed to keep the CRM layer independent from the WhatsApp connector. Unofficial QR connection remains experimental, while the official Cloud API connection remains planned. Neither roadmap label confirms a connected WhatsApp account.

  • Connector-neutral customer records
  • Clear organization and team boundaries
  • Planned path from inbox to pipeline

Before you sign in

A clear start to the beta.

How do I join the beta?

Access is invitation-only. Ask your organization administrator to authorize your email, then sign in with Google or your existing team account. Signing in does not automatically create beta access.

Is WhatsApp connected when I sign in?

No. Signing in opens your organization workspace, not a WhatsApp session. The Cloud API and experimental QR paths require separate setup and validation before a connection can be considered ready.

What is the difference between QR and Cloud API?

Cloud API is the official WhatsApp Business Platform path. The automated third-party QR connector is an unofficial, experimental connection model, not Meta approval or a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Availability is not promised by this preview.

Are the inbox and pipeline previews live customer data?

No. The interface preview uses sample data to illustrate planned workflows. Inbox and pipeline functionality remain roadmap modules; this preview does not demonstrate a live deployment of those features.
